EMBRACE THE CLARITY!
Over the last several years, change has become a constant in the lives of many of us. No matter how it comes to us, change can be tough, however, when embraced and approached with clarity, it can be energizing and eye opening.
I am thrilled to embrace the most recent change in my life – being part of the launch of Crystal Clear Careers. Crystal Clear Careers is about helping individuals (specifically in my favorite industry – Hospitality) bring clarity to where they want to go in their career, what their key talents are, how they can use those talents and what keeps them motivated and fulfilled.
Looking back on my own career, I realize the more clarity I had around my strengths and opportunities and the challenges and rewards that lay ahead, the braver I was about moving forward into what I might have considered the unknown.
